Effective August 21, 2026
This policy explains how Rebecca's Social Assistant handles information when its authorized owner connects and manages social-media accounts.
Information used
- Basic connected-account information, such as display name, account identifier, and profile image.
- Authorization tokens required to connect accounts and perform requested publishing actions.
- Posts, captions, hashtags, schedules, uploaded media, approval choices, and publishing results.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the private dashboard, create and organize content, connect approved accounts, schedule or publish owner-approved posts, and display performance information made available by connected platforms.
TikTok data
When TikTok is connected, the service may request basic profile information and permissions to upload drafts or publish videos. TikTok data is not sold and is not used for unrelated advertising.
Storage and security
Connection credentials and tokens are protected using encryption and access controls. The private dashboard is intended only for its authorized owner. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing
Information is shared with connected social platforms only as needed to complete actions requested by the owner. It is not sold or rented to third parties.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service. The owner may disconnect an account to revoke access and may request deletion of stored connection data and related content.
Your choices
The owner controls which accounts are connected, which content is approved, and when publishing permissions are removed.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service or platform requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
Contact
Privacy questions or deletion requests may be submitted through the authorized owner of Rebecca's Social Assistant.
