Terms of Service

Effective August 21, 2026

These Terms govern the use of Rebecca's Social Assistant, a private social-media planning and publishing tool operated for its authorized owner.

Authorized use

The service may be used only by the authorized account owner to plan, review, schedule, and publish content for social-media accounts the owner is permitted to manage.

Connected platforms

The service may connect to third-party platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations.

Content responsibility

The owner remains responsible for reviewing content, confirming that media and claims are accurate, and ensuring posts comply with applicable laws and platform policies. AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before publication.

Account security

The owner is responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly disconnecting an account that may have been compromised. Access tokens are used only to provide requested connection and publishing functions.

Availability

The service may be changed, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, platform updates, or circumstances outside the operator's control. No guarantee is made that every scheduled post will publish without interruption.

Termination

The owner may stop using the service or disconnect a social account at any time. Access may also be disabled if the service is used unlawfully or without authorization.
